To ensure the quality of manufacture is what you expect, we don't subcontract to China and we don't employ low skilled or cheap labour. All our watercooler manufacturing technicians are highly trained and care about the quality of our products.
No Compromises The SlimCool™ Home Filtered Watercooler uses the same technology, quality of components and attention to detail found in our commercial watercoolers, so you can be confident that it will give many years of trouble-free use. One obvious example of this can be seen on the levers used to dispense the water, which is one part that you will use more than any other. Where many manufacturers would compromise and make these levers from plastic, Ebac insist on solid, robust die-cast metal. It is this attention detail that sets Ebac aside and has made our commercial watercoolers so successful. Hygiene Made Easy The inner workings of other watercoolers have to be sanitised regularly using chemicals. SlimCool™ Home Filtered Watercooler is equipped with the same patented WaterTrail™ technology found in our commercial watercoolers. This unique and advanced design provides a sealed system from the water tank to the dispensing levers, which ensures a continuously high quality supply of water. To maintain optimum hygiene simply replace Cassette WaterTrail™ every 6 months - No Cleaning, No Chemicals. The water tank itself can simply be washed in warm soapy water, or in a dishwasher, every 4 weeks, when you change the filter cartridge. |
